   Later in the year 1985, N4KWC was awarded with an Certificate of Appreciation from the Jacksonville Range Association for services as the Technical Committee Chairman. To View this award click image on the left!

   The Range Association recognized Wayne Chandler again, for serving as Technical Committee Chairman for the years 1985, 86 and 87. From then on he remained Tech Chair until 1991. To View this award click image on the left!

   While serving as Tech Chairman for The Range Association, on October 1st, 1989, He was appointed the Official Emergency Station for North Florida by the A.R.R.L. To View this award click image on the left!

   Not only was he the Official Emergency Station for North Florida by the A.R.R.L. in 1989 but, had the honor to be appointed Emergency Coordinator! To View this award click image on the left!

   In beginning of 1991, Wayne Chandler was placed on the cover of Spec-Com Magazine. "The Radio Amatures Journal For Specialized Communications". To View the cover, click image on the left!

   During the summer of 1992, the American Red Cross thanked Mr. Chandler for his assistance in piecing Florida back together after the "Hurricane Andrew" disaster. To view this award, click image on the left!

   Then on November 20, 1992 Governor of Florida, Mr. Lawton Chiles, Typed - Sign - Sealed & Delivered a letter directly to Wayne Chandler (N4KWC) for assisting in communications when "Hurricane Andrew" struck Florida. To read letter, click image on the left!

   After experiencing Mother Nature, The Northeast Florida Chapter of American Red Cross awarded N4KWC with an certificate of Appreciation for his efforts supporting "Human Nature". To view this award, click image on the left!

   After a few years of activity throughout the state, Mr. Chandler was elected The Jacksonville Range Association President. Which he was just elected again "President" in for the year 2003-2004. To View the plague, click image on the left!

   As of 2001 Wayne Chandler, owner of Astro Communications "A Nextel, HF radio, and Web Design/Hosting Company", donated testing equipment and provided a web site for The Jacksonville Range Association.
